DIRECT OWNERSHIP

Worked alongside Knight Frank on the acquisition of a Grade II listed boutique hotel in the West End of Edinburgh on behalf of an unnamed international investor, maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the transaction.

The property attracted strong interest due to its consistently strong trading performance and prime location, within close proximity to key commercial and cultural landmarks including Edinburgh Castle, the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and Princes Street.

The transaction completed above the £5m guide price.

SERVICED ACCOMMODATION

Manage serviced accommodation through a mix of rent to rent, direct management and strategic partnerships.

This ranges from individual units in strong London locations to larger multi-unit properties, including apartment blocks and hotels.

Typical single units can generate £120–£250 per night depending on location and standard, with occupancy rates generally sitting between 65–85% across the year when managed correctly.

On smaller units, that often translates to £2,000–£4,500+ per month gross, compared to £1,300–£2,000 on a standard AST, depending on the area.

In larger or better positioned properties, particularly multi unit setups, the focus shifts to consistency and scale, with multiple units generating combined monthly revenues in the £10,000–£30,000+ range.

High yielding stakes

Facilitated the acquisition of a minority stake in FGP TopCo, the holding company of Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd., working alongside institutional partners on a transaction involving international capital.

The deal saw a sovereign-backed investor acquire approximately a 15% stake, alongside a separate acquisition by a private investment house, reflecting continued global demand for strategic infrastructure assets in the UK.

I supported the transaction process and coordinating across parties, with particular attention to discretion and handling sensitive information appropriately throughout.

The transaction highlighted the scale of international interest in UK infrastructure and the importance of structured, well managed deal execution
